Barton & Pooley Bridge Parish Council

The Parish of Barton lies at the foot of Ullswater in the Lake District National Park.  There is one village in the parish, Pooley Bridge, and the parish comprises beautiful rolling farmland and fells rising majestically to Arthur’s Pike overlooking Lake Ullswater, often regarded as the most beautiful lake in the England.
